The shared mission of the African Dream Academy, Inc. (ADA) and the African Dream Academy Foundation (ADAF) is to reduce African poverty and foster sustainable development by "empowering African children through education" to realize dreams of a better life.
Our vision is to build a state of the art educational institution in Liberia West Africa that provides a positive, healthy, and challenging environment for learning, personal and social growth, and courageous dreams of a better future.
Our philosophy recognizes that all students deserve the opportunity to achieve their dreams in order to establish and maintain their roles as responsible citizens in their communities, Africa and the world. Therefore, ADA offers its education to students on a scholarship basis, that is, tuition-free. The institution will provide a program of educational experiences promoting all appropriate phases of student growth. In an atmosphere of self-disciplined behavior, the School provides the opportunity for students to mature intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and aesthetically.
ADA will be the shared responsibility of the school, home, and community to instill the fundamental principles of international democracy and the view of education as a lifelong process. ADA is committed to the pursuit of excellence, acknowledging that the quest itself is the most significant aspect of achievement. By recognizing and allowing for individual differences and special needs, the School through its programs encourages and inspires students to think logically, creatively, and effectively for the benefit of themselves and society. All students offer a unique contribution to the African Dream Academy family.
There is no better gift than to brighten a child's future.
